Screen 1: Start the app before listening to the iPod, the slide will match with the headphone volume. When entering a music venue, using your finger, move the slide on the screen to match with the sound level displayed in the venue (see Advice). The popup indicates the time remaining before exceeding the recommended weekly dose. The grey bubble indicates your level of hearing risk.
Screen 2: The bubble will slowly shift into the red zone as exposure time increases (the louder the volume, the faster it moves…)
Screen 3: The bubble will gradually move back into the green zone as the sound level becomes safe (<87dB or volume iPod<10/11)
Screen 4: Tap on the slide to find out the recommended hearing recovery time
Screen 5: Display your exposure history by turning the iPhone/iPod
